Our varsity team players will "earn" their spot by training hard, by playing smart and by being technically sharp. Our game day roster may change from week to week based on what we see during the training sessions and also on the needs of the team. As we prepare for our next match, we will strengthen the roster with the players that will provide the style of play needed to compete at the highest level with that opponent. In addition, if the coaching staff feels a player needs more "game time" to develop in a certain position that player may play on the JV team to gain that experience. The "Game" is the best teacher.
Throughout the season a swinging-door policy will exist between the JV and Varsity teams. This means that we may move players from Varsity to Junior Varsity or from Junior Varsity to Varsity depending on the needs of the both teams.
