Tryouts begin October 6th, 2014. The tryouts will begin on Monday with a 3-mile interval run on the track. The first interval will be a 1-mile timed run. It will be followed by two 1/2 mile timed runs. The final interval will be four 1/4 mile timed runs. These intervals will be group ( team ) runs. Criteria will be similar to the track runs from last season. All players will receive the expected times to achieve at the first Player / Parent Meeting to be held in September 2014.
